From Decluttering To Mindfulness Training

I subscribe to a particularl ladies’ magazine – have done for many years.  It has articles on absolutely any subject these days.  Alway a good smattering of healthy living clips; delicious food and recipes;  knitting, crochet and sewing ideas and patterns.  and these days, by far the biggest increase in articles and  and how to better ourselves.  We start always with hints on how best to unclutter our houses and by reason, our minds.  If we have too much clutter, this weighs down our ability to work, eat and play.  Apparently.  What I have noticed though is the number of online e-learning courses that are also featured in these articles.  Everybody who is anybody in the world of celebrity is able to offer their niche training or thought processes, via good online learning.  If you start simply with room by room clearance, it is then possible to train  your mind in how to manage, going forward.  This can then open more doors down the line – being open to new challenges and possibilities will come from the breadth of training out there for us to choose.
